upcoming show-12/2/22

In my troubled mind I have but 1 week to finish the paintings I want to hang for my upcoming show… If you haven’t read any of my many social media posts, my upcoming show is Friday, December 2nd beginning at 7pm at INDUSTRY - 344 New York Avenue, Huntington Village, NY 11743. If you can’t make the opening night - the show will be on view for 2 weeks.

The Upcoming Show, titled “MEMORIES OF EARTH” is opening in conjunction with my 42nd Birthday Party with a Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy Theme since 42 is the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

Besides being amongst the Glory of my Art, attendees will enjoy live music and fantastical cocktails like the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, which the Hitchhiker’s Guide claims to be “the Best Drink in Existence,” the effects of which are similar to “having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick.”

If Art, Music, and copious amounts of Alcohol are not your thing, you may be enticed by the chance to win an iPad… I am doing a Raffle to raise money for the hungry. There will be a few other prizes, but the iPad is the Grand Prize, and attendance is not required to win. Raffle Tickets are $20 and the proceeds will be donated to Helping Hand Rescue Mission of Huntington Station that helps feed and clothe 200+ families on Long Island.

Raffle Tickets can be purchased at the event before the 10pm Drawing, or in advance by sending me a message.

If you plan to attend, it would be wise to bring a towel, as doing so will get you $2 off drinks at the bar, and as the Hitchhiker’s Guide describes, a towel “is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have.”
